Bromet PTFA will host a Second Hand Uniform Sale on the first Friday of the month [ adjusted around School Holidays ]. The sale will be after school 3 - 3.45 pm in the KS1 Playground. Donations can be made as Cash/Card/Bromet PTFA website.
New Second Hand Uniform bin is located in the KS1 Playground by the PTFA Shed every Friday after school. Please donate good quality, pre-washed uniform here.
We require volunteers to help in 30min/1 hour slots between 2.30 - 4.00 pm.
- 2.30 - 3.00 pm - Set Up and organize Stall
- 3.00 - 3.45 pm - Shop
- 3.45 - 4.00 pm - Pack away

The cost of school uniform can be a burden to parents, yet many children grow out of their uniform long before it reaches the end of its life. A poll by Sainsbury's revealed that a child will wear an average of 480 items of uniform clothing over the course of their school days and that parents will spend about £6,000 in total on school uniform. Offering a second-hand uniform service at your school helps parents with the cost of uniform, while at the same time raising money for the school and keeping perfectly usable items out of landfill.
Selling second-hand uniform can raise valuable funds, as well as reducing waste.
Let’s work together to lessen the environmental impact of uniform production and disposal.
